The Journal Enquiry function contains features that can be used to search for the data you require.
These features are outlined as follows.
The filtering options can be expanded or collapsed by clicking on 'Show filter'.
The filtering options will be displayed at the top of the window as shown in the below example.
The Journal History Enquiry and other functions in Idealpos Online contain Dynamic Searching functionality.
This means that as you're entering a search criteria, the available options will update dynamically based on what you've entered so far.
You can export the filtered data by using either the Print, PDF, CSV or Email buttons.
Idealpos Online has its own email server built in and emails sent by Idealpos Online will be sent from no-reply@idealpos.co
To email the results from the Journal History Enquiry, press the 'Email' button, enter an email address and press the 'OK' button.
When using the 'Print' button, a new window will open where you can then select which printer to use.
When using the 'PDF' button, a PDF file will be generated and downloaded containing the results from the filtered Journal History Enquiry.
